I cannot stress how much I recommend these guys. They saved my assignment of my dying computer half an hour before it was due after I ran into the store not long before closing on a Friday afternoon. The guys at MD gave excellent service from start to finish on sorting out my laptop problem. Very quick turnaround...1 day. Hi I just wanted to leave a review for the excellent work Kris did to assist in a hacking case associated with my laptop. The quick turnaround of the generation of a crucial report to be sent to the fraud team meant that my case was able to be resolved with the best possible outcome. I am truly thankful and appreciative of Kris' diligence and responsiveness because his contribution to the overall outcome of my case meant I could carry on with my life with a much greater sense of peace. Wow, wow and wow, MD Computers at Mooloolaba are simply the best. I've had many new personal computers over the last 30 years or so and I have never experienced such assistance and service with helping me to design my new PC. Colin and his team honestly could not do enough for me. I was given a quote and told to have a think about it rather than them trying to not let me leave the store without buying a computer. I called in several times before actually deciding deciding to purchase. Pressure on me to purchase was nil. The guys are very knowledgeable and answered any queries I raised and in a language I could understand. They are also very Covid 19 safe and maintained social distancing between staff and customers. All the computer gear I purchased was placed in boxes and sprayed with disinfectant before I even touched them. MD Computers also have very competitive prices and the best part for me is that they are local and if I have any computer problems or queries I can either ring for advice or drop in and see them.
